Every family’s situation is different. I provide personalized support that helps you understand what’s happening across behavior, home, school, routines, and the services already around your child—then we create practical next steps that fit real life.
Sometimes the challenge isn’t just one thing—
it’s mornings, school, behavior, routines, communication, appointments, and trying to keep everyone on the same page.
Families often reach out when:
Mornings feel rushed, stressful, or hard to get through
Behavior at home and school looks completely different
Emotional regulation, transitions, or routines are creating daily stress
Executive functioning challenges are affecting homework, organization, or independence
School refusal or school-related anxiety is becoming harder to manage
IEPs, 504s, or special education services feel confusing or overwhelming
Multiple providers are involved, but no one is really connecting the pieces
Parents are getting lots of advice, but aren’t sure how to make it work in real life
Family life feels like constant problem-solving instead of actual connection
You don’t need to know exactly what kind of help you need before reaching out.
Part of my role is helping you connect the dots, identify what may be getting in the way, and figure out practical next steps.
Translate school, provider, and behavior jargon into real-life language
Help identify patterns and what may be driving the behavior
Create practical routines, systems, and supports that fit your family
Break big goals into small, doable next steps
Strengthen home-school communication
Help prepare for IEP, 504, school, and team meetings
Coordinate communication across parents, school, therapists, and other providers
Help organize recommendations, appointments, follow-up, and next steps
Support emotional regulation, connection, and communication at home
Help families spend less time managing chaos and more time connecting with each other
Is this therapy or ABA?
No. The Calming C.A.S.A. provides practical family support, consultation, advocacy, and coordination. My role is to complement—not replace—therapy, ABA, medical care, school services, and other professional supports by helping families make recommendations work in everyday life.
Do you conduct assessments or diagnose?
No. I do not provide psychological, diagnostic, educational, or formal clinical assessments or diagnoses. I can help families gather information, identify patterns, prepare for evaluations, and understand how existing recommendations may translate into everyday life.
Do you accept insurance?
Services are private pay only and are not billed through insurance.
Can you work with my child’s school or other providers?
Yes. With parent permission, I can collaborate with teachers, therapists, school teams, and other providers, attend meetings, and help keep communication and next steps organized.
Every family’s situation is different. I provide personalized support that helps you understand what’s happening across behavior, home, school, routines, and the services already around your child—then we create practical next steps that fit real life.

Support works best when it begins with understanding—not judgment. The C.A.S.A. approach looks at the whole picture and turns what feels overwhelming into practical next steps.

We look at behavior, routines, relationships, learning needs, and school demands together—not as separate problems.

Strategies are tailored to your child, your family, and what is realistically sustainable in everyday life.

Parents, educators, and other providers can work from a shared understanding and a plan that makes sense.
Family challenges rarely stay in one lane. Behavior, emotional regulation, routines, learning, communication, and school expectations often overlap.
Together, we identify patterns, clarify what your child may be communicating, and create practical strategies your family can use at home, at school, and in everyday life.

Understand what behavior may be communicating and build practical tools for big emotions, power struggles, transitions, and connection.

Create realistic supports for attention, organization, task initiation, homework, daily routines, and growing independence.

Support home-school collaboration, accommodations, IEP or 504 preparation, and advocacy for ADHD, Autism, learning differences, or school refusal.
Helping families connect the dots between behavior, home, and school—so they can move from confusion to understanding and create a practical plan that works.
